Whether you're supplying t-shirts, hoodies, totes, workwear, or other items, our team can assist with both printing and embroidery application.

✔ Printing – Suitable for most cotton and polyester garments.
✔ Embroidery – Ideal for thicker or structured fabrics such as caps, beanies and workwear.

Sublimation, Screen Printing, Vinyl, and other methods may also be available depending on garment composition.

We offer Direct To Film (DTF) transfers, providing a smooth, durable, high‑quality print finish.

Standard turnaround: 3-4 working days (subject to order size and approval)

To ensure the best results, please review our guidelines for customer‑supplied garments:

• Garments must be new or in excellent condition.
• Minimum requirement of 10 units for Printing & Embroidery
• We will assess material suitability before printing or embroidery begins.
• Print methods vary based on fabric type — cotton and polyester garments typically provide the best result.
• Kiwi Crew is not responsible for any damage or misprints that occur due to unpredictable garment behaviour during production. (We do our best, but some materials react differently.)
• Any branding, measurements or location instructions must be confirmed by email before production begins.

We recommend speaking with our team before supplying garments so we can guide you on the best method and finish.

*Please do not bring or send any supplied garments until your order has been confirmed by our team - Due to production scheduling and processing requirements, we are unable to accept or hold customer-supplied garments without a confirmed order, artwork approval, and production booking in place. This helps us ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
